Reports To (Title of individual) Responsibilities Administer baseline and progress assessment instruments as assigned. Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. Prepare and organize testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and with established testing protocol and guidelines. Interpret and adhere to departmental policies and procedures. Collaborate with Assessment Supervisor to ensure assessment policies are followed. Organize all test booklets and folders for easy accessibility when required. Report all daily activities to assessment unit. Other duties may be assigned. Certification Requirements Experience Requirements Minimum of two (2) years experience in test administration or successful completion of training in the administration of the Test of Adult Basic Education or the Basic English Skills Test. NOTE: Part-time experience will be counted as half of full-time experience; for example, two (2) years of part-time experience will equal one (1) year of full-time experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work flexible hours and schedules. Ability to travel throughout the city. Ability to administer assessment instruments required by adult education program.
