Job Description Summary
The primary duties of the Front Desk Assistant are to provide the first–line of response and receptionist services at the 24 hour service desk. This position requires a high-level of customer service to students, staff and visitors. Additionally, this position serves as a communication center during any emergency situations that may arise. The Desk Assistant reports directly to the Director of Student Housing and Residence Hall Manager and works collaboratively with the Resident Assistant staff.
Minimum 2.00 GPA
Must live in housing during the Fall 2013 semester
Must be able to work every other weekend
Must be able to work late night/early morning shifts
You must not be on any College probation (academic or social) during the period of employment.
Interviews will start commencing July 11th through July 18th.
