Salary: Minimum Annual Salary: $31,000 plus benefits (Benefits include health insurance w/premiums paid, employer-funded retirement plan, & paid annual and sick leave)
Position Description: This position is part of the Center for Extended Learning (CEL) and reports to the Dean of the CEL. The Credit Coordinator is responsible for promoting, maintaining, and growing the Dual Credit program in addition to administering the ACT testing center on the main campus and on the Minot Air Force Base. Other duties include PeopleSoft schedule changes, coordinating Independent Study requests, registering students in specialized credit courses, and hiring, training, and supervising ACT test proctors. Responsibilities include travel within the local area.
Selection Criteria: A bachelor’s degree is required in education, marketing, information technology, or related area of study. At least one year’s experience in a higher education setting is preferred. Some supervisory experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability with strategic planning preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to use standard office software for word processing and spreadsheets. Prefer experience with PeopleSoft. Candidate’s prior experience and/or training must demonstrate the skills necessary to download, install, troubleshoot and test updates to exams and security software at both ACT centers. Must be able to travel.
