Adjunct Nursing Faculty Positions
Leavenworth Campus
Fall 2010: Clinical Adjuncts Peds and/or OB (Mondays); BSN or MSN Skills Lab instructor for Health Assessment and Fundamentals
General Description:
The University of Saint Mary Department of Nursing invites qualified candidates to join an energetic and creative faculty in the on-campus pre-licensure program. The program is approved by the Kansas Board of Nursing and is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education*.
Adjunct candidates must show clinical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Mental Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics (Monday clinical day); Med-Surg (Thursday).
Qualifications:
Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Kansas and Missouri or the ability to obtain such licensure prior to finalization of contract. Master’s degree in nursing (or evidence of working on a master’s degree in nursing.)
Preferred Qualification:
Master’s Degree in nursing and Clinical Faculty Academy completion.
