Interim Superintendent/President
Southwestern Community College District, located in southern San Diego County, California invites applications for the position of interim Superintendent/President. It is expected that the interim will serve until the search for a permanent hire has been completed, not to exceed one year.

Criteria:
Experience in California Community Colleges at the CEO level
Proven successful experience with WASC Accreditation
Proven experience as a collegial and collaborative leader
Known reputation for being a consensus builder
In-depth knowledge of AB1725
Proven experience in higher education collective bargaining using interest-based bargaining
