Vice President for Enrollment

Hollins University is seeking an experienced, accomplished, and enthusiastic Vice President for Enrollment to:
*
Provide leadership, vision, expertise, integrity, and energy to the enrollment division, and shape an enrollment program that is innovative and successfully meets the university’s strategic admissions, retention, and financial goals;
*
Help shape strategic enrollment goals, including goals for diversity, net revenue, and approaches to student financial assistance in alignment with the university’s strategic plans;
*
Provide counsel on enrollment programs to the president while managing and advocating for the people and programs of the enrollment division;
*
Engage alumnae, faculty, senior leadership, staff, and students in the enrollment effort in appropriate and productive ways;
*
Make data-informed decisions for allocating staff and financial resources to tactics for the achievement of enrollment goals;
*
Strengthen the marketing activities of the division in collaboration with the university’s marketing office;
*
Maintain fiscal responsibility and leadership for the strategic management of the financial assistance programs while advancing the university’s need for revenue growth; and
*
Serve as an articulate and enthusiastic spokesperson for Hollins University.
Required Qualifications: Senior management experience in successful enrollment programs with integrated admissions and financial aid operations. Commitment to liberal arts and women’s education. Experience in private higher education preferred.
Required Academic Qualifications: Post-baccalaureate degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and evidence of advanced analytic capabilities and utilization of data for development of tactics required.
