William Peace University, a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced that Sue Greiner has joined the university as its registrar, where she will be responsible for certifying graduates, building student academic course schedules and monitoring both the safety and security of student records. Previously serving in the registrar offices of Meredith College in Raleigh, Lenoir Community College in Kinston, N.C., and Piedmont Community College in Roxboro, N.C., Greiner brings more than 12 years of student record and registrar experience to the campus of William Peace University.
"I have always enjoyed lending a hand in the educational process of collegiate student bodies, and I am excited to continue that relationship with the students of William Peace University, as I understand the benefits that come from consistently monitoring the academic progress of students," said Greiner.
"Sue brings a level of accuracy and detail that is essential when observing the day-to-day shifts and adjustments among students and their personal academic records," said Debra M. Townsley, Ph.D., president of William Peace University. "Given her an extensive registrar background, I am confident that Sue will play a key role in making certain that all William Peace University students' records are properly addressed, documented and managed."
